Trained as a scientist, BJ had a previous career in medical research. She has devoted herself in recent years to issues of physical and emotional health and spiritual growth.
BJ has been an inspiring force in the integrative healing community for more than a decade. She has a Masters Degree in Holistic Counseling, and maintains a holistic practice in both Westerly and Providence, RI. She is certified as an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner, Reiki Master, Archetypal Consultant, and Interfaith Minister. She has taught yoga and meditation for more than 30 years.
A survivor of cancer and multiple family bereavements, BJ assists clients in finding hope after experiencing dis - ease, whether through loss of self-esteem, job, health, relationship or death of a loved one.
BJ offers private counseling sessions for individuals and families struggling with painful life changes. She believes each life challenge also presents an opportunity for growth and learning that can be realized if the body, mind and spirit are aligned for that intent. She works in respectful partnership with clients to identify and explore their own natural healing tendencies, implement changes and re-establish balance within a new context of wholeness.
It brings BJ great joy to assist clients in finding new inner possibilities and purpose for their own healing, happiness and growth.
